Terms of Service

General
1. This purchase is for a custom digital illustration service. No physical item will be shipped.
2. I have the right to reject any commission request for any reason.Payments
1. Indonesian payment options: BCA, blu by BCA Digital, Gopay, OVO, ShopeePay.
2. International payment options: VGen or Commissions.gg.
2. 50% upfront before sketch, 50% after sketch completion.
3. 100% upfront payment allowed.
4. VGen platform fee is already included in the base price. No platform fee for Commissions.gg.
5. By making payment, the commissioner confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.
6. In the event of a chargeback, payment dispute, or unauthorized transaction claim, all relevant records—including invoices, communications, approvals, and proof of delivery—may be submitted to the payment provider, platform, or financial institution for review.Revisions
1. Each commission includes a total of 3 revision slots for the entire artwork (sketch and final combined).
2. Major revisions are only allowed in the sketching stage.
3. If revision slots are used during the sketch stage, they will carry over and reduce the available revisions for the final stage. For example, if all 3 revision slots are used during sketch, no additional revisions will be available during the final stage.
4. Because of point number 3, please make sure to include all requested changes in a single message per revision, so revision slots are not used unintentionally.Deadline and Delivery
1. The work will generally be completed in around one week at maximum for simple ones, and one month at maximum for complex ones.
2. Completion times may vary depending on complexity and my personal schedule.
3. I will inform you if there are significant delays.Use
1. For personal use only.
2. Credit me if you post my work.
3. All commissioned works are final.
4. I may display commissioned works in my portfolio or social media unless the commissioner requests otherwise beforehand. The keyword is bamboo.
5. Requests for deletion, modification, or refunds of completed commissions will not be accepted, regardless of the reason.
6. Do not feed my works into AI or use as NFT.Intellectual Property Rights
1. I retain all rights to my artwork unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
2. Commissioners may not reproduce, redistribute, edit, trace, commercially use, or profit from my work without permission.Refunds
1. Full refunds are only available before the sketching stage starts.
2. No refunds will be given after the commission is completed and delivered.
3. If I am personally unable to complete the commission, a full or partial refund will be issued depending on progress made.Communication
1. Please provide clear references and descriptions for your commission request.
2. Excessively rude, demanding, or disrespectful behavior may result in cancellation of the commission.
3. By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to my Terms of Service.

Workflow

Last updated: July 24nd, 20261. Inquiry
Submit a commission request to me. International clients can submit via VGen or Commissions.gg. Indonesian clients can submit via this form or my social media DMs. The forms in all three platforms will send me a push notification via email, so I will not miss it if someone submits a form. I will get back to you within 24 hours to notify you about whether I accept your request or not.2. Follow Up and Payment
If I accept your request, I will send you a confirmation of the finalized details. This includes what type of artwork you will receive (headshot or bust up), the canvas size, description of the character and pose, the price, the payment deadline, and the estimated delivery date.Some of the details (such as price or payment deadline) written may differ from what you sent in the form, so please make sure to read carefully before paying.I will also send an invoice that you can pay if you already agree to my proposal. I will give you 48 hours to make the payment. If 24 hours have passed and you have not made the payment, I will send another reminder via email and the social media account you provided.3. Progress Updates
Progress updates will be sent at the sketch, rough color, and final stage. You can also see my progress on my Trello tracker.3.1 Sketch
Major revisions are only allowed here. What counts as major:
- Pose change
- Composition change
- Camera angle changeIf you chose the 50-50 payment method, I will ask for the next 50% before continuing to the next stage.*) Please note that the estimated deadline assumes that you respond to each progress update within 24 hours. Delayed responses may result in delays in the final delivery date.3.2 Rough Color
I will apply the base colors and establish the overall color scheme. Since I haven't continued to the lineart stage, major revisions are still allowed here.3.3 Lineart
Cleaner lineart of the art. Only minor revisions allowed, such as:
- Small detail fixes
- Small color adjustment3.4 Final
Only minor revision allowed here. For example:
- Color of the shading and highlight
- Background colorI will then send the final artwork uploaded on Google Drive via email.
